This Mediterranean style poolhouse was originally the garage for a 1908 estate in New York.  The exterior openings were reconfigured and the interiors were reworked to transform the structure into a four bedroom gust house and airy pool house.  Designed during my tenure at Granoff Architects.  Interior design and landscape architecture by Granoff Architects.  Construction by Brenner Builders.
