This Mediterranean style estate was originally built in 1908.  The shell of the home was minimally altered, however a new addition on the left was added to provide a garage, kitchen and mudroom for our clients.  This was designed during my time at Granoff Architects.  Interior design by Sarah Ponden of Granoff Architects.  Construction by Brenner Builders.
